The 2 main compartments are 3" and 3.5" and there is a built-in laptop sleeve that can accommodate a 17" laptop. The leather is top quality and the appearance screams luxury, making it an attractive choice for professionals. The bag comes with a leather shoulder pad in the strap as advertised in the video. Customers have reported that the company has good customer service, but there have been some issues with warranty protection. Some customers have reported issues with the bag's lining and zippers breaking off. There have been instances where the stitching and sepals have come apart or outright fallen apart. The bottom of the bag also does not have a lot of padding, so laptops and other electronics can become damaged.
