Answer: The hair grows back in about 3 to 4 days and the skin is very smooth after use. I would definitely recommend this product. -

Can you replacement shaving heads?
Answer: I’m not sure, to be honest, Ann. There’s no replacement shaving heads supplied in the box. I would ask directly the seller if any available separately or replacing is needed at all. -

Is this just like shaving or does it pull from the root?
Answer: Skims the surface of the skin removing prominent hair, doesn't pluck hair out but still does a reasonable job for something so small and inexpensive. -

Does this item have a guarantee period?
Answer: No, but as it’s not expensive, I didn’t worry about it. -

Can this be used on sideburns?
Answer: Not having used the device for this purpose, I can only assume that the length of the hair would be a factor. Perhaps if there are longer hairs they are trimmed with scissors, then she could start to use this device, that might be the best course of action. I have had no issues using it to trim hairs on my upper lip, it’s a great little device. -

Does this remove hair from the root or just cut?
Answer: It cuts the hair unfortunately. Hair grows back. First time I used it to rid fuzz I was really impressed but it grows back & it's not soft as before, used it twice. now lives in the drawer won't be using it again. -

Does this make facial hair stronger like a razor?
Answer: I honestly dont think theres much difference with using this or a razor, its very handy to carry around in your handbag if needed. 😘 -
