The COOKLEE Stand Mixer is a versatile kitchen gadget with multiple functions such as making dough, blending, mincing, juicing and much more. It comes with 9 accessories including Dough Hooks, Bowl, Beater, Whisk, a mincing attachment with six different discs to make different sizes of pasta, a blender, a grinder, and a sausage kit. The mixer has 101-speed settings, and all the accessories are made of stainless steel, except for the sausage ones. The juicer is made of glass. Some customers had concerns about the build quality of the product, stating that moving parts are plastic on metal which may wear out quickly. The instruction manual is also poorly translated, making it hard to understand. However, another customer was pleased with the Construction of the mixer, stating it was built really well and has a nice durable feel to it. The mixer is not recommended to be used with all Kitchenaid pasta accessories, and the max dough weight advised by the manufacturers is 2kg, 1300g flour + 700g water, anything above this amount may damage the machine.
