Answer: It might, but you do not get a lot of each color, for a specific project I would buy one color unless it does not matter, I used it for a craft project. You might need elastic band combined with this, can not remember how much it stretch -

Answer: If you're talking about the elasticity, then yes it should work. But unless that eye mask is part of a costume or for a child, these bands are quite frilly/girly. -

Answer: Maybe the kind you might put on some evening and not expect to wear for very long ;) It doesn't seem like something that would last under everyday wearing and washing. FYI: There is only about a yard of each color.
