Can these fit double sleeved foil decks?
Answer: Yes, it can hold double sleeved foil decks. It holds my deck and most cards are double sleeved in dragon shields. However, I can't say 100% certainty because some of my lands are proxies and not double sleeved. It should be suitable for your needs as it can also accommodate around 15 tokens. -

Answer: It can hold around 230-250 unsleeved cards. However, it would not be able to hold 6 poker decks (52 cards each).
