Answer: We bring it out at Christmas every year before the kids go to bed - it is a real family friendly game and we have people as young as 5 (with a little help every now and then) play, and we quite often continue to play it when the kids have gone to bed. So I'd say 5-100! -

Answer: It takes 2 AA batteries. You do get batteries with it and my son's still work now and he's had it since Christmas. -

I bought this for my daughter for Xmas but there are no instructions in the box. Are there any additional instructions apart from on the box?
Answer: Basically you all sit round the game, One draws a card and chooses a topic...ie Things you find at School...The youngest goes first and presses the 10s timer and shouts out an answer and presses the corresponding letter...play passes to the next player who hits the reset of the timer and thinks fast following on...play stops when the timer runs out or you run out of letters... My twins 8yrs and my 13yr old love it...we play it as a family...the winner has the most cards when you decide to stop...lol -

Answer: When you change the batteries it resets the high scores. -

Answer: Have you checked the on-off switch on the base of the unit. Tiny black push switch. -
