The Gotrax XR Elite Electric Scooter has a range of 12 miles per charge and can go up to 15.5 mph. Its weight is 26.45 lbs and it can't have an extra battery. Cruise control may only engage 50% of the time. It takes approximately 4 hours to recharge the battery, and the height from handlebars to deck is about 3 feet. One customer had a terrible experience, where the front fork bent and the manufacturer did not sell replacement parts. Another customer was unable to assemble the scooter and customer service was not helpful. The advertised range and speed was not accurate for one customer, while cruise control caused another customer to lose speed. One customer enjoyed the scooter and found the battery easy to replace. Another customer recommends the scooter but experienced a broken back fender, while the customer service response time was slow. One customer had a disappointing experience as the battery lost its charge quickly and the lights did not turn on.
