Answer: Cat 5 is a roller-applied, high-performing air and water barrier formulation. Spray Wrap MVP is a spray- or roller-applied, vapor-permeable, water-resistive barrier. Cat 5 has better coverage and can withstand extreme weather conditions like a Category 5 hurricane. -

Can this be applied over concrete? I have a walk-out basement.
Answer: Yes, this product can be applied over concrete. However, the coverage will be less compared to OSB or plywood. -

Will this work on outdoor metal concrete stairs that rusted?

Answer: Yes, it can be used over Huber Zip system, but it is recommended to seal the seams first with Prosoco fast flash, instead of using zip tape. -

Answer: You can use the product partially and save the remaining for later use by keeping the lid on. -

What kind of spray gun will you need?
Answer: You will need a high-pressure spray gun, which can be quite expensive. A roller can be used as an alternative. -

Can you paint mvp?
Answer: No, paint will not bond to this material. -

Can this product be applied in regions with harsh winters?
Answer: Yes, the Liquid applied R Guard MVP can be applied in any region as long as it is applied above freezing temperatures. Once cured, it can withstand any conditions. -
