The tough situation has led to limited sizes, but the buyer can check back periodically as they get restocked ASAP. A customer complained of returning the rollerblades and being charged $100 by the seller but never got a response from the customer service. Another user said that the design is tough to get a tight lock on the shin strap, but the rollerblades are easy to maneuver and lightweight. Another commented on the excellent support on Rollerblade when he is roller blading daily for an hour. One user bought a pair but found it impossible to use them as the plastic hurt her feet so badly even though she ordered a bigger size. However, a different buyer who used to roll on Bauer f4's didn't like his feet's width because these rollerblades are a little tight on him, but they still provide excellent ankle support and are fast.
