    Answer: How high will you be mounting the light? If you look at the picture above labeled "Precision optics" above it will help you... If it is a house I recommend you get a shaded, "barn light" - these are pretty intense and cause a lot of glare. If it is near a bedroom window it can be like you are trying to sleep in a soccer stadium.
