Dignity Super-Duty Pads and Dignity Naturals Pads are highly recommended for incontinent use. They are reasonably comfortable, very absorbent, and hold more fluid than other similar products. Even though some customers have complained about the inadequate amount of adhesive on each pad, it is still a good product and highly recommended. The pads have a two-sided tape, which leaves a strip of residue when removed, requiring that it be removed before washing the briefs. Overall, customers have been using the product for several years and find it to be the best value. The product is also versatile, as it can be used inside a dog diaper. It is also very helpful for people with incontinence problems, as it reduces the amount of replacement required, a saving- if partnered with Siloutte panties.
