The removable inserts and the fact they fit to size make them perfect for narrow feet. They are not machine washable but the inserts can be hand washed. While some people took a few weeks to adjust to the support offered by the shoes, they eventually found them comfortable. However, others found the support not enough and felt like they were walking barefoot on concrete. Some customers also had issues with the durability of the shoe as it started falling apart quickly. Overall, Vionic Tokyo Sneakers seem best suited for morning strolls and general wear.
