- Scruples Renewal Therapy Polish is an alcohol-free polish that adds incredible shine, seals in moisture, eliminates frizz and leaves hair silky. It restores dry and lifeless hair and can be used on dry or wet hair. Directions: Work 2 – 5 drops evenly throughout clean, damp hair. Proceed with styling. On dry hair, work 2 – 3 drops through hair before final styling.
