These orthotics are designed to last for approximately six months with regular use. Customers should replace them at the first signs of wear. These orthotics are available in both men's and women's sizes. They are not machine washable and should be hand cleaned with Dawn dish soap on a washcloth and wiped clean with a damp rinsed out washcloth. Some customers found that the hard support/cushion located just posterior to the ball of the foot was uncomfortable and caused pain. However, the majority of customers found that these orthotics were comfortable and long-wearing. Customers who worked in warehouses found that their knees hurt significantly less after using this product. Customers who had knee injuries and surgeries found that these orthotics were noticeably helpful in reducing pain.
