Bosmere Caddies K783 Editorial Review
The Bosmere K783 Kitchen Compost Caddy has received a mixed yet generally positive reception from customers over the past few months. Users have praised the compost caddy for its functional design, practicality, and ability to contain odors effectively. Many appreciate its capacity, asserting that it can store a week's worth of kitchen scraps without emitting unpleasant smells or attracting unwanted pests. The handle and square opening of the caddy are noted for making it easy to empty and clean, although some customers have expressed concerns about the handle's durability, especially when the caddy is full. Despite its strengths, several reviewers pointed out noteworthy design flaws. A common complaint is regarding the lid not being hinged, which can make single-handed usage cumbersome—particularly when trying to add scraps quickly. Additionally, some users experienced issues with the lid's fit, noting that it did not secure tightly enough to prevent insects from getting inside. The ease of cleaning also drew mixed feedback; while some found it manageable, others suggested that it could be more user-friendly, especially if compostable liners are not used. Overall, customers seem satisfied with the performance of the Bosmere K783, especially in terms of capacity and odor control. However, potential buyers may want to Consider the design limitations that could impact usability. **
