The Rhinoshield case appears to be a sturdy and well-made phone case, however, it arrived without an instruction manual which made assembling the case confusing for the customer. Once assembled, the phone case left fingerprints and was difficult to put on and take off the phone. The customer ultimately returned the product. Another customer did not perform a drop test but noted that the case fit the phone well and felt comfortable in hand. Overall, the product seems to be of high quality, however, the lack of instructions and difficulty putting the case on the phone may detract from the customer experience.
