Answer: No, they do not. It comes with knocks (what clips on the string) and inserts (what the tip screws into). You will need glue for the inserts. -

Would this work for a 28 drawn length and 45 pounds?
Answer: These are light arrows made for target shooting, not hunting. They come with short nocks. I ordered a dozen standard nocks with these. For a 28” draw, you should have them cut 29 to 29 1/2 inches. For a compound, the spine would be stiffer than a recurve. Look at the spine chart. Probably a 500 spine and a 125 tip for a compound.
