KING TV Antennas DT4450-A Editorial Review
The KING Dish® Tailgater® Portable Automatic Satellite TV System has received mixed reviews from customers, highlighting both its impressive initial performance and significant issues with customer service. Many users praise the ease of setup, noting that they were able to get a clear picture within minutes of connecting the cables, which contributed to a positively surprising experience at first. However, over time, some customers encountered problems, specifically with picture freezing and signal loss. The frustration escalates with the product’s customer service, where users Consistently report difficulty in obtaining support. Complaints about unresponsive representatives and long wait times for callbacks point to a glaring deficiency in customer service quality. As a result, some customers have expressed regret over their purchase, contemplating alternatives like the Wineguard antenna due to their negative experiences with KING's support. Overall, while the product's initial reception is favorable due to its ease of use and quick setup, ongoing reliability issues and poor customer support dampen its overall customer satisfaction. **
