The opening between each finger and on the palm is good for heat release. However, some customers have experienced issues with the stitching on the back of the hand holding weight coming off on day one, and the wrist straps are too heavy for the velcro to hold, leading to them flying off. Additionally, some customers have difficulty wearing them with a watch or bracelet.
