    Answer: The Wallmaster Bike Rack can hold up to 50lb of weight.

    Answer: The bike rack fits most bicycle types, including mountain bikes, road bikes, BMX bikes, and kids bikes.
  • Question: What is included in the package?

    Answer: The package includes 2 bike racks, 8 metal screws, and 8 wall anchors.
  • Question: Can this be used outdoors?

    Answer: I did not purchase this type of bike storage rack. Mine was a vertical lift type.
  • Question: Considering getting one mount for 44lb E-Bike to mount bike vertically. Will it hold?

    Answer: Yes I think it will hold as long as the bracket is lagged into a stud.
  • Question: Can you please measure the distance between screw holes?

    Answer: The top and bottom holes are 8 inches apart. The other two are about 2 inches from the top and bottom.
  • Question: How large are the screw holes? I need to mount this to a cement wall so I need to buy cement anchors.

    Answer: I do not have the package. So I’m not sure of the size. I used concrete screws the blue ones that are sold in any hardware store or home depot using a hammer drill also help.
  • Question: Would this be fine for carbon fiber wheelsets?

    Answer: No issue, so long as you hang them correctly (i.e. between your spokes).
  • Question: Can we mount this product on a plastic or fiberglass shed?

    Answer: Depends on the grade and thickness of plastic/fiberglass wall - this has 4 screws that will go in 1-2 inches into whatever substrate you are drilling it into. You could put a piece of wood behind the wall to account for any excess screw length behind the plastic/fiberglass wall but the aesthetics may not be optimal. Remember, this is holding the weight of your bike distributed over 4 screws, it needs enough material to anchor into so that it won’t pull out. Great racks - I bought 6 and love them - I anchored each to studs in the garage.
  • Question: Would this work attached to a bare stud (unfinished shed wall)?

    Answer: Should absolutely.
  • Question: Can you mount two racks on adjacent studs 16” apart or do they have to be wider?

    Answer: Video could not be loaded.
  • Question: Does the back tire touch the wall (concerned about leaving marks)?

    Answer: Yes it does. The mount supplied is for the front tire only. You could use tape to rest the back tire and prevent scuffing the wall.
