Additionally, the day-of-month dial has a flawed mechanism, and each day the hand moves two days resulting in progressively incorrect dates. The customer service response has not been satisfactory, with some customers stating that they could not reach the company even though the watch has a lifetime warranty. The watch does not come with an adjusting tool, and the dials do not illuminate.
