However, a reviewer mentioned that the product requires "pillow case" padding (sold separately) to prevent bacteria and burning of wipes, which was not communicated to Consumers. The warmer must be plugged in to stay warm, and one customer's newer vehicle's power source fuse blew when attempting to use the car adapter. The container is not deep enough, and the wipes cool down quickly once removed from the unit. Additionally, it is difficult to fit enough wipes in the unit due to its small size.
