The ESP LTD KH-202 Kirk Hammett Signature Electric Guitar is a great instrument, but it may need work out of the box. The pickups are KH Bone Breakers (Kirk Hammets Signature Pickups) rather than the EMG 81/60 combo pickups advertised. Though the original Floyd Rose is a high-quality component, some users expressed that they had to send it to a tech to set it up. However, once the guitar is set up, it plays exceptionally well, has great sound, and stays in tune even with ridiculous dive bombs. The neck is fast and very comfortable, and it has some of the best high fret access. It is an amazing instrument for those familiar with maintaining a Floyd Rose bridge, but not recommended as a beginner guitar.
