The product has a sturdy build and is very quiet when operating. The installation process takes around 45 minutes to an hour and can be tricky without the company's installation videos. The Quoya Smart Curtains work with any curtain that you can use hooks on but won't fit grommet or slide-in rod kinds. Extra tracks are available for purchase. Smart motor stops 2in apart, but you should connect an overlap metal piece to ensure curtains overlap. Buyers have to be careful and shouldn't install using 3M industrial tape since it could lead to some mess. Some users reported difficulties with the poor paper manual and stated that actual installation time could vary. The product doesn't work with Z Wave.
