Answer: The Acavado heated lash curler comes with 3 temperature modes i.e low, medium and high temperature settings which are around 65, 85 and 95 degree Celsius respectively. -

How do I choose the temperature?
Answer: You can choose the temperature according to your eyelashes type - soft, hard or thick/hard. The LED screen shows the temperature chosen. -

Does it pinch your eyelids?
Answer: No, there is no danger of pinching your eyelids. -

Why do my lashes clump after curling them?
Answer: Clumping should not happen as a result of an eyelash being curled. Try using a lash comb before and after curling. Make sure the mascara has an even layer across the wand. -

Is this supposed to be used before mascara is applied or should it be used after mascara is applied?
Answer: To get a perfect curly effect, it is better to use it after applying your mascara, and after mascara get dried. -
