The product can be run in series and can increase operating voltage, but it needs DC-DC boost converter with amperage limiting function to prevent overvoltage or over-temperature. The product is designed to work as a normal TEC and can generate around 10watts of power with a temperature difference of 190°C. Customers have used it for their wood stove fan with no complaints, but it did not fit as a replacement in an old Ecofan. Some customers were disappointed that the product did not generate significant voltage or power, but it is a reasonable price for a TEC.
