The SMARTMED Cover Dot Acne Care 24 dots Skin Blemish Treatment with Hydrocolloid is a successful product that is widely appreciated by customers. Cover Dots provide a more durable and effective solution in protecting acne-prone skin than their competition. The product was found to be most effective when applied to new pimples and scars to speed up the healing process. Cover Dots are gentle on the skin and do not leave it dry or irritated, but rather work wonders on blackheads, whiteheads, cystic acne and hormonal acne, clearing them up in under two nights. The only Cons reported were that they leave a little more residue and they can sometimes remove acne after 12 hours of application, although this is unlikely. One other customer found that the dots left "burn marks" after waking up. However, this is rare and not the norm.
