Question:
Can anyone measure the diameter of this for me please? I need it to fit in a drinks holder.
Answer: I have not got one to hand however they fit in my car drinks holder and my bike drinks holder. They are not over sized. They are just a bit bigger than a 330 drink can. -

How long do they last? Had mine over a year both now leak and have cracked
Answer: Ours have been going for over a year quite happily - and that is with. 4 and 6yr old giving them a battering. Replacement lid/straw sets are available. -

Do children have to squeeze the straw before they can suck water up?
Answer: Yes, they tend to bite on the straw as they suck up the fluid. Very easy as my 1 year old grandson loves his camelbak. He seems to drink more fluid when using this as opposed to a bottle or sippy cup. -

Can you remove the straw so kids can drink more easily?
Answer: The straw doesn't come out to drink. The bottle isn't designed to be drunk in that way. These are great though. We have 3 of them. -

Answer: Not as a cup to drink from, but a normal drinking straw could be used without the top. -

If you turn the bottle upside down and squeeze, does water come out? I work with an autistic boy that likes to pour water everywhere.
Answer: Hi Hannah. Yes, if the rubber spout is squeezed then the water will come out. However, this is the best water bottle/travel cup I have come across. Easy to use and lock the spout. My twin nephews aged 7 have used them since they were 1. And I've just introduced them to twin boys age 2 who haven't used them to spill water everywhere like they did with other cups. Hope this helps.
