The DERMALOGIC Towel Warmer has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have praised its ability to keep towels warm throughout the day and its roomy interior, while others have complained about the build quality, warping, and inability to get towels hot enough. The product reaches maximum temperature after 20 minutes and requires a standard 110V outlet. The cabinet has a wood grain look, but not real wood. The temperature fluctuates based on the number of towels inside, amount of times it is opened and closed, etc. The UV light keeps towels fresh, but the racks hang up on the rails and can cause towels to burn on the bottom. The external finish is not amazing, and some customers have reported the cabinet warping and the rubber seal melting. There were also complaints about the lack of instructions in English and the door not closing properly.
