Answer: I used the same size I had with previous boot brands. The Keen boot width is a D. I have a narrow foot and find the toe area spacious, which is not a bad thing with steel toes. My fit is also affected by inserts for a supination problem. All said, it is a great sturdy and comfortable boot.
