The Boss WL-20 Wireless System is a versatile cable-free transmitter and receiver system for electric and acoustic guitars. With a latency of just 2.3ms, the system matches the response and user-friendly plug-and-play operation of a normal guitar cable. Although more expensive than other wireless setups, it is very reliable, with negligible dropouts, and fairly easy to maintain a stable connection, though older wireless systems can cause interference. The batteries only last around three hours when fully charged, although charging time for both the transmitter and the receiver is reasonably fast. The lack of channel selection or muting on the transmitter may be undesirable for some users.
