The UAG (Urban Armor Gear) Samsung Galaxy A12 Case is a slim, black protective cover that has been designed for durability and tested for military-grade drop resistance. One customer who had used a previous UAG case on a different phone was confident in buying this product again, however, there was concern that the slick and smooth design may not provide enough grip and could slip out of their hand. The case has full protection at the volume button, but the power button has an open edge and there is a large cutout for the flashlight which leaves a thin area vulnerable to breakage. The lack of textured grip areas on the sides and full side protection with no openings is also disappointing for one customer who felt that older UAG cases were superior. The case is sleek in design and comes in a nice color, with precise cutouts for all necessary openings which is appreciated by one customer, who also claims it is the best phone cover they have ever had due to its exact fit and non-slip nature.
