If a budget racing wheel is what you're looking for, then the one in question could do the trick. It is compatible with Xbox One and PC (including Windows 10). It's very light, and some customers have complained about it not being very stable. The pedals' positioning is awkward and there's a delay when turning. The buttons work well except for the d-pad, but it's a good option if you want a cheap way to practice racing games. However, it has caused some Xboxes to go into narration mode, and the suction cups don't work well. Finally, some customers have reported glitching issues, but others have had positive experiences, meaning your mileage may vary.
