It is the gentlest cleansing oil I have ever used; very dry sensitive skin and it does not bother me and my friends with skin problems use it. Kiehl's also has a cleansing oil. -

Answer: Hello, I'm happy to say that I have not ever experienced a diluted or runny product from this company. I'm sorry that you may have . Please send it back. The climate in where you live may have a lot to do with it. The body butter that I have received has been solid and spreadable. Love this product. -

Do i use the body butter in place of lotion or can i use lotion also? if so, which do i put on first?
Answer: Body butter replaces lotion. There is no need for both -

What is the difference between the body oil and the oil cleanser?
Answer: Have not used the oil cleanser, pour the oil in small mist bottle and use it after every shower. Great stuff!

It's made of glycerin, water, ammonium laurel sulfate, polysorbate 20, organic citrus uranium dulcet, C12-16 alcohols, ammonium sulfate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbet, magnesium nitrate, organic argania spins kernel oil, methylchloroisothiazolinone, magnesium chloride, methylisothiazolinone, limonene, linalool, and citral. The oil works well for people with very dry, sensitive skin, and even those dealing with skin problems. Body butter range from Pre de Provence, when used alone, works as a moisturiser and there is no need to use lotion along with it. This body butter is not greasy and has an amazing smell. The product is available for purchase on Amazon and their website.
