The game ends when one player has bought their 7th decoration and then everyone has made it back to GO. Some stores were selling the game before its release date, which led to some customers buying it at triple the price. The game is only in English, and can be played by more than 4 people with make-shift player tokens. However, some customers have complained about the game being unplayable as it came with 2 sets of the same cards and missing decoration cards. Some found it difficult to organize the pieces without a cardboard tray, but suggested using cheap snack bags. Despite some negative comments, others loved the customized animal crossing characters and found the game a fun and unique twist on the original Monopoly game.
