    Answer: Hi there! This product is cold processed so nutrients are not lost due to heat.
  • Question: The ingred. say only salmon oil. It also says Made with the most effective natural + other premium ingred? Everything is different from orig bottle.

    Answer: We are in the process of updating many of our labels currently, so you may receive some slightly different information on the jar you received compared to the website listing. Many of these changes are simply a grouping or separation of specific ingredients listed but the formula has stayed the same.
  • Question: Does this have a fishy smell on the dogs breath?

    Answer: I give it to my cats. No fishy smell in the bottle or on their breath.
  • Question: Can I give this to my cat for dandruff?

    Answer: Yes probably will help make her coat shinier and healthier.

    Answer: This comes in a plastic bottle.
  • Question: Can cats use this?

    Answer: The advertising said it is also good for cats. I have two dogs but I don't see why not for cats?

    Answer: Hi there! Our Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil is a high quality salmon oil primarily derived from pink salmon and a small portion from sockeye salmon, In this process, the mercury levels are quite low. Thank you!
  • Question: Does it need to be refrigerated after opening?

    Answer: The bottle says it does not need to be refrigerated. However, it needs to be stored between 55-65 degrees, protect from sunlight, heat and moisture. I do refrigerate ours and shake well before using.
  • Question: Where exactly is the fish & hemp oil from?

    Answer: Fish is from USA, caught outside of Alaska. Hemp from USA as well.
  • Question: What is the shelf life?

    Answer: Hi there! If it's an opened bottle, it has a shelf life of 90 days. It should be stored in a cool dry place as constant exposure to heat or drastic temperature changes will make it spoil faster. It can certainly be stored in the refrigerator for max freshness but a cool dry place will suffice.
