Answer: Yes, the frame features an indented grove to allow for Apple Pencil charging through the case and it is also compatible with TORRO Leather Apple Pencil Sleeve. -

Does the case automatically switch on/off the iPad?
Answer: Yes, the TORRO iPad 12.9 case facilitates the wake/sleep function of your iPad by simply lifting and closing the cover. -

Does it have an apple pencil holder?
Answer: The shell has an indented groove to process the charge and allow the pencil to magnetically connect while still providing full protection. Alternatively, Apple Pencil covers are also available. -

Does the front cover fold back completely behind it?
Answer: Yes, the cover will fold back on itself. -

How does the iPad attach to the case?
Answer: There is a silicone based frame inside the leather that securely clips the iPad for full protection. It also has a groove to allow the Apple Pencil to charge through the frame. -

Sleep/wake function only works some of the time. Any suggestions?
Answer: Our recommendation is to ensure the iPad is correctly aligned in the frame of the case, the cover is closing flat to the iPad screen, and to check the setting in the display and brightness options. -

Are there any covers still available for the 1st-generation iPad Pro 12.9?
Answer: We do not produce a case for that particular model. Our production schedule is currently at maximum capacity. -

Answer: The iPad cover is 19mm thick when closed with an iPad inside. -

How difficult is it to remove the iPad, if you swap to the magic keyboard on a regular basis?
Answer: Removing the iPad might be difficult as the black holder is too loose.
