- The Luna series is the newest in laboratory scales by Adam Equipment. These units are constructed of ABS plastic with a stainless steel pan. The keypad is also sealed to protect against dirt and spills. This model includes a draft shield to maintain accuracy of measurements. These scales have an internal or external calibration system, denoted by the e or thei at the end of the model name. Selectable digital filtering for animal and dynamic weighing enables consistent results for moving subjects. The multilingual and multi-unit capabilities make international use simple and easy. USB and RS-232 interfaces allow you to catalog data and enables smooth communication with printers and computers. The backlit LCD display ensures you are able to read your results clearly. An auto power-off function helps conserve energy and the life of the scale.
