This foldable bed is a good temporary solution for home use, but not industrial grade like those found in hotels. A customer had an issue with a bent support upon arrival and reached out to customer service, but it took four weeks to receive the replacement part. Assembly can be difficult and some parts may arrive bent, but once assembled, customers found the mattress to be comfortable. It is easy to fold and store when not in use. The bed is made in China and there are no separate covers for sale that are not polyester.
