Applying SEM 42003 Black High Build Primer is straightforward. Start by ensuring the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease. Then, shake the can well and hold it 8-12 inches from the surface while spraying in light, even coats. It typically requires two to three coats for optimal coverage and build.
