The Avalon Premium Hot/Cold Top Loading Countertop Water Cooler Dispenser is a compact and stylish solution for dispensing hot and cold water at home or in the office. It can accommodate 3 or 5-gallon bottles and features a stainless steel hot and cold water tank. The hot water function works well, producing hot water that is appropriately heated up. The cold water function works fine except for the first few ounces which are not cold. The dispenser measures 19" high, 12" wide, and 15" deep with coils in the back. Though the cold water is not too cold at first, it dispenses enough before turning to room temperature. The hot water is really hot and the unit can be turned off, but you will only be able to get room temperature water out of the hot side. It is easy to install and drain for storage. Unfortunately, some customers complained about durability as the hot water heater stopped working after some months of use in some cases leading to leaking water.
