The narrow width is a B width, medium is D width and wide is 2E. The shoe comes laced up and is the best shoe for wide feet. They are not very stylish, but great in functionality. Some customers complained that the shoe can split after prolonged use. Overall, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 is an excellent shoe that offers great comfort and support.
