Answer: Left side below the back of the tank at the front of the seat. There's a flat flange on the bike frame having 2 holes and a slot. -

Will this work on my 2011 road glide with a Mustang seat?
Answer: I am not sure it will, to be honest. Additionally, I will state that this product did not even fit my 2017 RGS. It did not come with proper instructions. -

I have a 2010 electra glide classic with a mustang seat not stock seat but it does have the slot will this fit?
Answer: I have a 2010 Fatboy Lo that has the screw down posts on the rear of the seat and this backrest fit perfectly. -

Were do you route the cable also latch does nothing?
Answer: I have the same problem too. Can't find a safe way to route the cable. Also the latch does nothing. The back rest will swivel foreword and that is why I bought it. -

Does this fit 2018 Heritage Classic?
Answer: I don't believe this will fit a Softail. This is for a touring. Electra glide, road glides, road kings, street glides have same frame.
