Answer: I’ve used both, the diva cup is a bit thicker and more rigid. But other than that and the brand name, there really isn’t much of a difference. Diva cup is the beauty blender, this is the real-techniques sponge. Essentially the same, maybe even better, for a fraction of the price. -

Answer: Give it a try, pre-birth and post-birth, but It's better to try both sizes to find the best fit, small for lighter days and large for heavier days. -

Why would I need two sizes? I have one vagina. What a waste!
Answer: The smaller size I use when my period is light. If I use the bigger one I will get cramps, not to be Lude but I feel a 'shrinkage' in width when my cycle is ending, (back to normal I guess)if I use regular size I will be in pain. I use regular only when the flow is heavy (I don't feel the 'shrinkage' at that time). -

Answer: The Talisi cup set contains two sizes of menstrual cups, small and large. You can try both sizes and see how that goes for you. You may need to empty more frequently on your heavier flow days. -

I've never used a Menstrual cup, does this come with more detailed instructions. Like is there a certain way to fold it?
Answer: It comes with instructions, but really minimal instructions are needed. Once you get the knack of inserting it, it’s a breeze. Just go about your business for 12 hours, come home, empty it into the toilet, rinse, wash with mild soap, rinse again, put it back in. Enjoy not having the risk of TSS and overall a lower maintenance period. -

Why is this product not recommended for women with no sexual experience?
Answer: These take being fairly in tune with your body when it comes to where your cervix is etc. Also, it involves having to insert your fingers along with the cup to insert & remove. For someone who's not had any sexual experience at all, it could be painful since those muscles are generally more tense. Overall, the less experienced may find trying to use a menstrual cup to be a bit more confusing & tedious. I think it would still get easier with regular use just like it does with more experienced women. Just an honest guess as a woman though. -
