Answer: 4 -

Answer: It comes with 20 balloons. I would suggest dividing them up between the boxes and then blowing them up. Our result looked similar to the picture shown. -

Answer: I had to order with balloons, luckily I had some blue and white left over from a friend's previous baby shower. -
