The BioAdvanced 701270A Effective Fungicide is a ready-to-spray solution that helps in controlling listed lawn fungus and provides disease prevention fungus control for lawns. The bottle covers up to 1,000 square feet, but the recommended mix in a pump type sprayer is around 10oz per gallon. Propiconazole is the active ingredient, which is 0.51%, and other ingredients are 99.49%. The product should not be sprayed when the temperature is above 90 degrees Fahrenheit as it could harm or kill other grasses. Also, the product is not recommended to be used in areas where grazers, like chickens, are present. The use of this product for treating mushrooms is not mentioned in the instructions. However, the Q&A section of the product page provides some insights, with some customers recommending the use of powdered bleach mixed with water at a very low concentration to kill mushrooms and sanitise the soil. The product is designed for use on lawns only. Therefore, it is not recommended for treating plant diseases or fungus on potted plants.
