One tablet is recommended for every 5000 gallons of water and should be added to the pool or spa at least once a week. The tablets can be used in an inline chlorinator or a pool tablet holder. The chlorine dissolves quickly and should last for around 4-6 days in a pool tablet holder. The product is effective in killing the organisms that cause mold and mildew. However, there are some drawbacks to this product, as some customers have complained about the quality of the tablets. Some of the tablets arrive broken, damaged, or as powder which is disappointing, especially given that the product is relatively expensive. Additionally, the lid of the container may be difficult to open.
