Answer: We do not recommend going very deep into your dog's ear canal. Instead, use the wipes closer to the flap of the ear. -

Answer: I've used them for wiping my dogs faces several times when I out of my regular wipes.I cant say they diminish stains tho -

Answer: I would imagine it would be okay for regular cleaning but might be a bit of overkill. If you're not dealing with an infection or ear mites, it would probably be enough to use cotton balls or q-tips dipped in rubbing alcohol.
