However, the device's UI is not as good as the Skyroam's. The device's WiFi range works well if kept close, like in a pocket, but cannot remain active during sleep mode. Additionally, it can work with a smart TV but uses a lot of data. However, customers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the device. The app's promo codes and usage are confusing, and the device was unable to find a signal in Vienna, Milan or Avignon, and users gave up on it. Customers have complained of technical issues such as not being able to install and connect to a signal. Some users had a bad experience with customer service and called the device "trash" due to its inability to work after one hour.
