Why is my ink not drying and stickers not waterproof?
Answer: Your printer settings are wrong. Adjust them to the BEST print + PHOTO PAPER mode before printing. Dry for at least 5 minutes before touching. It needs to be dried for more than 3 days before it comes into contact with water to be completely waterproof. Regular printing mode and File printing mode are not feasible! -
Question:
How to avoid paper jams while printing?
Answer: Switch your printer paper setting to photo paper to prevent jams. Please do not put excessively bent paper into the printer, otherwise it may cause a paper jam. Please always insert only 1 sheet at a time to avoid paper jams. -
Question:
How to avoid the sticker curling?
Answer: Put the vinyl sticker paper back in the document bag packaging to avoid curling.
